About Bryce Lingo

Bryce Lingo is one of four sons born to Colonel Jack Lingo, founder of Jack Lingo REALTOR®. He has been an integral part of the the real estate business in Rehoboth Beach since 1975 and has seen every swing in the market over his thirty plus years of real estate transactions. Bryce has also played a significant role in the positive growth and development that has taken place in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Millsboro, and the surrounding areas of Sussex County over his time in the business. This is reflected in his involvement as the procuring agent in the sale of several notable residential projects, such as:

Bryce has an in-depth knowledge of the history, current owners and potential sellers of Rehoboth Beach Real Estate and surrounding areas. He has been a well known participate and consistent Top Producer for the entirety of his career. Bryce loves to travel and owns several properties around the country, but he always finds his way home to Rehoboth Beach.He currently resides in Henlopen Acres and works closely with sales partner Shaun Tull.

About Shaun Tull

Shaun Tull has worked for Jack Lingo REALTOR in the Rehoboth, Lewes, and Dewey Beach Real Estate Market since 2003 and in that time, he has closed well over three hundred million dollars ($300,000,000) in real estate with sales partner and Associate Broker, Bryce Lingo. Though he is considered an 'in-town' expert on the Rehoboth Market in particular, Shaun's wealth of experience includes transactions in residential and commercial properties throughout Sussex County.

A local through and through, Shaun was born and raised in Southern Delaware. After graduating from the University of Delaware in 2000, he became a full-time resident of Rehoboth Beach.  He comments, "Rehoboth Beach offers the best of all possible worlds because here we have the comfort of living in a small town that also affords us restaurants, music and entertainment that rival any downtown cityscape". Shaun has been a Top Producer for Jack Lingo, REALTOR since 2004 and he looks forward to continuing this record of success into the future. Shaun is knowledgeable in all nuances of the real estate business and truly enjoys working within the community that he calls home.
