About Bryce Lingo

Bryce Lingo is one of four sons born to Colonel Jack Lingo, founder of Jack Lingo REALTOR®.  He has been an integral part of the real estate business in Rehoboth Beach since 1975 and has seen every swing in the market over his thirty five plus years of real estate transactions.  Bryce has also played a significant role in the positive growth and development that has taken place in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Millsboro, and the surrounding areas of Sussex County over his time in the business.  This is reflected in his involvement as the procuring agent in the sale of several notable residential projects, such as:

He is an Associate Broker with the company who truly enjoys and has a passion for his work.  He comments that his favorite part of the real estate world is finding the right buyer for the right piece of property.  Bryce has an in-depth knowledge of the history, current owners and potential sellers of Rehoboth Beach Real Estate and surrounding areas.  He has been a well known participate and consistent Top Producer for the entirety of his career.  Bryce loves to travel and owns several properties around the country, but he always finds his way home to Rehoboth Beach.  He currently resides in Henlopen Acres and works closely with sales partner Shaun Tull.

About Shaun Tull

Shaun Tull has been a consistent Top Producer since joining Jack Lingo Inc- REALTOR in 2003.  His unerring work ethic and drive has helped him and business partner Bryce Lingo close well over $300 million ($300,000,000) in real estate sales during that time.  Since joining forces with Bryce, Shaun has worked almost exclusively in moving high-end beach real estate- all while learning from one of the shore's most experienced and successful agents.

A local through and through, Shaun was born and raised in Sussex County.  Originally from Seaford, Shaun then went on to graduate from the University of Delaware at which time he made the permanent move to the resort area.  A lifetime in Sussex County has contributed to Shaun's unparalleled knowledge of the Rehoboth and Dewey Beach real estate landscape.

Shaun brings a record of success to the table, and his dedication to the Sussex County real estate market is rarely matched.  Shaun is knowledgeable in all nuances of the real estate business and truly enjoys working within the community that he calls home.

About Megan Daily

Megan Daily serves as the Marketing Coordinator for the Lingo-Tull Team.

Megan grew up on the Jersey Shore; however, after graduating from Washington College in 2003, she became a full-time transplant in Rehoboth Beach.  Megan was drawn to the beach and everything it offered – making her very much attuned to what potential buyers are looking for when shopping Rehoboth Beach real estate.

Since joining the team in 2007, Megan has handled the distribution of real estate listings and coordinated company advertisement strategies – helping to keep the Lingo-Tull brand one of the most recognized and respected names in Rehoboth and Dewey Beach real estate.

Always ready to help, Megan has become an invaluable member of the Lingo-Tull team.  Her work keeps the office organized, focused and even more effective at doing what it does best – providing the best Rehoboth and Dewey Beach real estate assistance available.

About Barbara Howard

Barbara Howard serves as the administrative assistant to the Lingo-Tull team.  She has worked in real estate for nearly forty years and is proficient in all aspects of the business.  Helping in any way that she can; Barbara is adept in stream-lining the transaction process.  Whether she's fielding phone calls, manning open houses or assisting with office coordination, Barbara remains an important piece of the company’s puzzle.
